Our goal is to demonstrate the love of Christ while helping people move toward stability and long-term solutions.

(90-Day Policy)

To steward our resources wisely and fairly, our church has a 90-day waiting period between benevolence approvals.

This means:

  • A person may receive benevolence once every 90 days.

  • After assistance is approved and given, they MUST wait 90 days before submitting another request.

Exception: Dire or Emergency Needs

We understand that life can bring unexpected crises.
The Benevolence Director or Pastoral Leadership may override the 90-day limit ONLY if:

  • The situation is life-threatening,

  • A child’s immediate safety is at risk,

  • Sudden emergency displacement occurs, or

  • There is verified urgent need for shelter, food, or medical care.

These cases will be reviewed individually and require additional documentation.

Required Documentation

The following may be requested depending on the type of assistance:

  • Photo ID

  • Proof of address

  • Utility bill, eviction notice, disconnect notice, or service estimate

  • Pay stubs or proof of income

  • Medical or emergency documentation (if applicable)

Failure to provide documentation may delay or prevent approval.
